Repair Policy:

1, Level Up Tailored Window Coverings will service only products originally purchased through our company.

2. Each manufacturer provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty for their products, which does not cover removal, shipping, or installation. Please refer to the manufacturer warranties.

3. If your repair is not covered under warranty, we will provide a cost estimate based on the manufacturer’s assessment.

Client Responsibilities:

1, Clients are responsible for the appropriate use and ongoing care of their custom window treatments following their professional installation by Level Up Tailored Window Coverings.

2. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the batteries in their motorized window treatments and remote controls are replaced or recharged as needed.

REPAIRS Warranty and Policy Exclusions

Both Level Up Tailored Window Coverings and manufacturer warranties are void under the following circumstances:

  • The home is sold, resulting in a change of ownership for both the property and its contents.

  • A product is deemed defective after being removed by the client or an unqualified contractor, leading to damage.

  • A custom window treatment is damaged due to improper cleaning methods. Please refer to the manufacturer’s website for proper care instructions.

  • Essential components required for proper function and safety are removed by the client, contractor, or tradesperson.

  • Any situation outlined in the "Not Covered" section of the manufacturer’s warranty.

If damage occurs that is not covered under warranty and the custom window treatment can be repaired, Level Up Tailored Window Coverings will provide an estimate for the necessary repairs. This will include trip charges for removal, packing, shipping to and from the repair facility, the repair itself, and a return trip for reinstallation.
