  • Founder – Director of Sales & Installations

    A native of Sparta Greece, Vasileios grew up in the family cabinetry business where he came to know all facets of the cabinet manufacturing and installation trade.

    Upon moving to the US, Vasileios was introduced to the world of window treatments and thus embarked on a new passion within the home improvements industry. Before long, Vasileios began installing custom window treatments for some of the most prominent designers and builders in New England. His installations span throughout homes in Charlotte, Boston, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Manhattan, and even as far south as Palm Beach.

    Dubbed “MacGyver” for his problem-solving skills, there is no obstacle Vasileios cannot work out! A self-proclaimed “perfectionist”, Vasileios loves partnering with designers and home builders in bringing their custom designs to fruition!

  • Cofounder – Operations Manager

    Born and bred in Massachusetts, Despina graduated with a BA from UMASS. Soon after graduating, Despina moved to Greece where she sought to reconnect with her ethnic roots, while making Athens her home. There she developed her finance experience within the corporate sector and travel industry, while also squeezing in an island visit at every opportunity. It wasn’t too long after returning to Massachusetts, that together with Vasileios, Despina embarked on a new quest and thus relocated to Charlotte, where they established Level Up Tailored Window Coverings.  Today, Despina applies her proficiency in business management to maintain daily operations and ensure all projects exceed window design expectations. 

    When not managing business operations, being mom to Niko and Melina takes center stage. Additionally, Despina proudly serves on the Board of Directors for Socrates Academy, where she volunteers her time as Treasurer. Go Owls!
